More than a decade of Bismarck–Mandan tile and flooring in one place. Filter by room, tap any photo to open it full size, and screenshot the ones you like — most people bring two or three to their consultation, and that's exactly how a good project starts.
Same house, same room — just the part that had to change.

Gutted to the studs. Rebuilt to last.
Crumbling plaster, decades-old tile, and a tub past saving. We took it back to the framing, fixed what was underneath, and rebuilt it as a fully tiled walk-in shower — waterproofed properly, with a built-in niche and clean black fixtures.

Carpet in a kitchen, gone for good. Large-format porcelain over a leveled subfloor — waterproof, wipeable, and a whole lot easier to live with. The cabinets stayed; only the floor changed.

A staircase that stops looking like 1998. Porcelain treads with fluted risers, then the railing rebuilt to match — oak spindles out, stained posts and wrought iron in. Same stairs, same footprint, completely different entry.
Every one of these started as someone's idea.
