Three things worth playing with.
Grout & seam colour
Nothing changes a job more, or costs less. Matching grout makes a field read as one surface; contrasting grout turns the layout into the pattern.
Size vs. room size
Big tile in a small bath usually looks bigger, not smaller — fewer grout lines, less noise. But large format needs a flatter floor.
Layout changes the count
Herringbone and diagonal eat more tile in cuts — watch the piece count and waste move as you switch layouts. It's also more labor, which we'll walk you through at the consultation.
